By mobilizing the local queer community, we work to uplift underrepresented BIPOC stories and intersectional identities. Three shows produced by Queer and/or Asian Directors, for two weekends to create one unforgettable experience. The Gaysian Theatre Festival is dedicated to celebrating, uplifting, and empowering queer Asian voices in the performing arts. We strive to create a vibrant, inclusive platform where stories at the intersection of LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC identities are shared, honored, and amplified. Through bold performances, community engagement, and creative collaboration, we aim to challenge stereotypes, foster dialogue, and inspire future generations of artists and audiences by seeing themselves in a creative profession.
